The International Scientific Conference, which is traditionally held at the end of September, has a rich history, being one of the most important scientific events organized annually within the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. It ensures the promotion of the scientific community’s image and, as far as possible, an international visibility for the research undertaken by the national academic community.
The main aims of the event are the following:
Promotion of the scientific cooperation in the socioeconomic and humanities research fields;
Analysis of the evolution of the transition to the global information society and its consequences on the professional training knowledge capacity and intellectual creation;
Assessment of the level of securing the conditions for the integration of Moldovan scientific research into the European system by establishing the compatibility of scientific terms and standards in key areas;
Ensure the possibility to broaden the interdisciplinarity in research-development-innovation spheres;
Increase ASEM participation in bilateral and international projects;
Creation of consortia aiming at developing and participating with project proposals in the European Union calls and programmes – Horizon Europe etc.
The scientific results presented during the annual scientific events are published in the volumes of scientific papers (Conference proceedings), with open access, and are made available to the academic and business community, both nationally and internationally, as well as to present and future students, master students, doctoral students, experienced researchers as well as those in training.
